"My beautiful husband suffered a severe car accident. I called 5 agencies and asked them all the same questions. I then selected Just For U Care. From the 'get go' when Gisele picked up my call, I knew that this was the agency that was going to provide services to my husband. Just For U Care listens, engages and truly will provide. We received 24 hour care and nothing was too much or too little. Constant checking in to see how things were going or not going. The carers were absolutely brilliant. Recently we signed a Care Management program with Just For U Care after my mother was granted a package from My Aged Care.

From the first initial contact with Gabrielle to then meeting with Tracey Stark I knew it was the right decision. Tracey was incredibly pleasant and professional. She made the process simple and informative.

She made my family feel comfortable and confident in the total process.

The care began a couple of weeks ago and has been amazing. The care, compassion and professionalism shown by Cheryl and Kathy have been so reassuring. They are wonderful.

"I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at JFU Care for being my lifesavers in the darkest days of exhaustion from caring for my darling father in law who has full dementia.

After breaking down to a carer support lady who just happened to ring one day we decided to actually start using the government level help service that's been available for the last few years, long story short, JFU were suggested by support lady on phone who put us in contact with them.

I dealt with this beautiful girl with the most loveliest soul all over the phone ( Covid ) my instant connection to this group from the warmth I received every time I rang just blew my mind.

Sadly dad has now had to go into care due to the 24hr care was just getting too much, I never this young lady Sarah or the other ladies I spoke to but their advice and support was really appreciated at a time i seen no light at the end of our long tunnel.

Sarah's parents should be proud of her softness, respect for our father & myself but most of all for just knowing when & how to guide me in the right area's of care for dad and myself.

She has been incredibly helpful and has gone out of her way to be available to us to discuss any matters we can’t fully understand, or need help with resolving.

Tracey has always been able to come up with a solution or alternative suggestion whenever we need advice or assistance and most times she takes on the hard work of contacting medical staff or other facilities in order to get things done quicker!!

She has always gone out of her way to stay connected, with constant feed-back and follow-ups, be it via calls or emails."
